At MyKurtaOnline (“we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, colour, or design)
- Return request is made within 7 days from the date you receive your order
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are provided
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, size issues, or colour preference, unless the item delivered is incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale / clearance items
- Items purchased during special promotions (e.g. bundle deals, Raya offers)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- Our team will review your request within 1–3 working days
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- MyKurtaOnline is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The item is confirmed defective and replacement stock is unavailable
- The issue is verified and approved by our team
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Only same item, different size or colour is allowed (if applicable)
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
If the requested item is out of stock, we may:
- Offer an alternative item, or
- Issue a refund (subject to approval)
7. Colour & Measurement Disclaimer
Please note:
- Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
- Measurements may vary by ±1–2 cm due to manual measurement
These differences are not considered defects.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Contact us for assistance
